To change your pricing model in Booking.com, the system connection must be deactivated and then reactivated. Follow these steps:
Access the Booking.com Extranet

Log in to your Booking.com account.

Click on Account, then select Connectivity Provider (or Channel Manager, depending on your language settings).
Deactivate the Connection

Click Deactivate to disconnect from Reservit / Softbooker.
Reactivate the Connection

Go back to Account and select Connectivity Provider from the dropdown menu.

In North America, select Softbooker.

In all other regions, select Reservit.

Important Considerations

Always check that your cancellation policies and rate rules remain consistent after switching to per-person pricing (e.g., non-refundable per person vs. per room).

If you offer different rates based on age (child/older child/adult), Booking.com will automatically manage the extra charges when the pricing unit is set to "per person"—as long as you've correctly set up the age categories in the Extranet.
