Select the collected fields: Check the specific guest information you want to log during a reservation, ensuring the first three mandatory fields are included to properly identify your customers.

Save and automate retention: Click "SAVE" to finalize your settings, ensuring that only your selected data is collected and safely scheduled for automatic anonymization after the 36-month retention period.
