No. Reservit does not currently let you issue a deposit invoice and then deduct it from the final invoice.
Deposit invoice management is planned for a future version of the software, currently scheduled for September 2027.
Until then, to deduct a deposit from the final invoice, you need to manually edit the service line on the invoice.
