Open your options: Go to "My rates and availability", then "Manage extras" and "My options".

Select the option: Click the edit pencil of the option whose price you want to hide. It must have a fixed or variable price and be set as mandatory.

Hide the price: Set "Do you want to hide the price of the option from the customer?" to "Yes".

Save: Click "Save my option". The cost is now included in the booking total, without its detail being shown to the guest.
